Formbase is operated by OarBell (오어벨), a business based in South Korea.

2. Description of Service

Formbase transforms Google Forms into branded web experiences, including template customization, SEO settings, scripts, analytics, and optional file uploads to Google Drive.

Formbase depends on third-party services (including Google and Paddle), which are governed by their own terms and policies.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for account security and activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us promptly.

4. Subscription and Payments

Paid features are billed in advance on a recurring billing cycle. Paddle acts as Merchant of Record for payment processing.

Prices, plan features, and availability may change over time. We provide notice where required by applicable law.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Partial-period refunds are not provided unless required by law.
